I have retained Associated Eviction Services occasionally since 2008 and most recently to assist in evicting a tenant who was in rental arrears. Service levels exceeded my expectations from all angles.

I engaged Associated Eviction Services for a non-paying tenant on the 6th of the month and the tenant was out by the 24th, even before his security deposit ran out.

Kim Kahts took care of all the paperwork and the requirements for the eviction hearing and the representation. The hearing went very smoothly and I won a strong resolution from the Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service. She oversaw enforcement of the court Order and acted promptly to ensure the eviction of the non-paying tenant without delay. I was really impressed with the professionalism, promptness and results.

Throughout the eviction process Kim was always available to provide advice and answer all questions. She was very proactive and studied the matter from all angles and provided sound direction.

It was useful to engage a third party because dealing with non-paying tenants is quite tricky and the experience that Associated Eviction Services brings is extremely valuable and saves a tremendous amount of time and money.
